1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Creation and Security

Creating more than one account by the same user is considered a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including a valid active Indonesian phone number.
Account security, including the confidentiality of your password and login credentials, is entirely the user's responsibility. warkoptoto is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by a failure to keep login information confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately through the official contact form. The support team will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
Users are prohibited from sharing, lending, or transferring their account to another party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
3. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
Users must use the warkoptoto platform in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia. Any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, system manipulation, money laundering, or the use of unauthorized payment methods, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may damage, disrupt, or place an unreasonable burden on the platform's technical infrastructure. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorized methods to access or interact with the platform without written permission from the operator is a serious violation and may result in permanent account closure.
Any content submitted through the platform's forms or communication channels must not contain hate speech, threats, obscene content, or information that infringes upon the rights of others. The platform reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.
4. Transactions, Payments, and Financial Information
All transactions on the warkoptoto platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment method details, including any bank account numbers or e-wallet accounts registered on the platform. The platform accepts a variety of local Indonesian payment methods, including bank transfers and approved e-wallets.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method that has been verified and registered on the user's account. Users must ensure their account is verified before submitting their first withdrawal request. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply as specified on the platform's payment information page.
The platform is not responsible for transaction delays caused by disruptions on the part of the bank or payment service provider. Processing time estimates shown on the platform are approximate and not legally binding. Users experiencing transaction issues may contact the support team with the relevant transaction reference number.
5. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
The warkoptoto platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, either temporarily or permanently, if a violation of these Terms & Conditions is found. Suspension may be carried out without prior notice where there is strong evidence of fraud, manipulation, or activity that threatens the integrity of the platform.
Users whose accounts have been suspended will be notified via their registered email address, including the reason for the suspension and the steps available to contest it or request account reinstatement. Users whose accounts are permanently closed due to serious violations are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance, unless otherwise determined at the sole discretion of the management team.
Users may also submit a voluntary account closure request through the official contact form. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal terms once the user's identity verification has been confirmed.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Links
All content on the warkoptoto platform, including interface design, logos, text, graphics, brand names, and other visual elements, is the intellectual property of the platform operator and is protected by copyright and trademark law applicable in Indonesia. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission.
The platform may display links or references to third-party websites for informational purposes. warkoptoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Use of any third-party site is entirely at the user's own risk and discretion.
7. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
The warkoptoto platform reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without individual notice to each user. Changes will be published on this page with the latest update date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
